Currently I'm accepting payments via PayPal through our family's business Nemuro Corsets.
If you want to place an order with a different way to pay, contact me via [email protected] to discuss other payment options (Paysend, Payoneer, Ukrainian or Georgian card to card transfer).
SHIPPING
All physical goods are shipped from Tbilisi, Georgia (Georgia is a country in Eastern Europe).
My merchandize is printed locally, please be prepared to possible slight color, quality or edges shape variability - we print in small batches and change providers occasionally.
Please be informed that dispatch can be processed by Evgeniia Molodykh from Nemuro Corsets as a sender. She makes a postage office visit every 1-2 weeks.
Shipping is provided by Georgian Post, you can select tariff during checkout.
I highly recommend adding your phone number to the address, and I'm unable to ship to PO boxes internationally due to our Post policies.
Depending on your location and your country Customs procedures, tracked mail is delivered in 2-4 weeks, up to 2 months in case of logistics issues.
I do not accept returns, all claims are resolved via [email protected] - please message me in case of any inconvenience and we'll find the solution.
If you selected non-tracked shipping options, I cannot be responsible for delivery issues after providing you the proof of dispatch. Any lost package compensation is possible only with tracked mail and only if there was a mistake on my side. Please check the parcel thoroughly during receipt and address any shipping damage to the responsible authority, not the artist!
